The longest chapter in the Bible is Psalm 119. One hundred and seventy six verses in a love song. A love song not to the character of God, or even the works of God. It is a love song to His word. It could only have been written by one who found no fault with the word of God. A man who accepted his own weakness and God’s supremacy. David, the man after God’s heart.
Fruiting comes from rooting. The deeper the roots, the weightier the fruit. Again, fruit may take time to show up, but when they do, they are priceless. That’s why God is always anxious to tell Israel, ‘take root down, bear fruit up’.
With Joseph as a focal point, in Series 4 we learn about values, treasures and the value of eternity.
Before we share the stories of men, let’s discuss the story of when there was only God, His account of how it all began, and what it teaches us. It’s the story of dreaming and achieving.
